I accidentally deleted the Steam mobile app and when I downloaded it again, to log into my account I needed a code from the mobile app which I can’t log into without the code from the mobile app

You need to add R**** code you received when you adden mobile Guard first time. Or recover your account from support

Steam Support is the only one that can help.

What do you mean by "steam support doesn't answer me "? Do you mean your tickets get closed without a response? If so you might want to give this a read https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/70D8-0BCC-C47E-F498

and do the following.

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Edit: You might also want to remove the website from your name before contacting support. It's not allowed and they will reset your profile and add a cooldown so you can't change it.
