Can I play Steam games on a tablet (nexus or hudl)
Okay so maybe I'm being dim but the only steam app I can find for my tablets (nexus and Hudl) with the official logo doesn't allow you to access and play games from your library. It seems to be just about signing into forums/discussions. Is it possible to play steam games on an android device? If not will it be in the future? I'm pretty sure some of the kids games wouldn't require much processing power! Surely it's possible!

Any advice greatly appreciated!

I believe only a Windows 8 tablet (not RT) can run steam games directly from the device.

it would be pretty epic if they somehow jimmied up some of the apps to have achievements and be playable on a phone/tablet. As you say bb81, some of the games are pretty lightweight/they already have android versions.

I know. I was thinking particularly of kids games. Then not only would I not have mine grubbying up my laptop but also the controls are a lot easier for them on a touch screen!

Can't wait to try this with desktop in combination with laptop. Wondering how to install the steam app on my tv as i dont have a smart tv....is the WII supported....screw that though, i want android support, so that i can play remote with SAmsung note 4 connected to tv with wireless controller ;P.....
Also wondering when at a friends house....can he use his main desktop to stream my steam and login to his own steam for his game aswel? Thatd be realy awesome....though...note4 has the hardware to launch it directly....then add the samsung VR gear (http://tweakers.net/nieuws/98214/samsung-introduceert-vr-bril-gear-vr.html) and its a LAN party!!! for schizzel ;)

Thanks steam and keep pushing this please ;P

If you have a nexus 10 you might be able to try the linux os. I never tried it but if I ever really want to play steam on a tablet it would be worth a try.
