lost my old phone and cant get the aunthenticator code

so.. i lost my phone few days ago.. and then i buy a new phone. after that i installed steam in my phone, when i want to log in to my steam account it said you'll need to enter the most recent code generated by the steam mobile app on your old phone... bust i lost my old phone :( what should i do??? (sorry for my grammar/english)

You should have

1) the R-code that you were supposed to write down when you set up the authenticator

2) an SMS # registered to steam

if you don't have any of these you're basicaly SOL. Contact Support to remove the authenticator.

i dont have the R-code, so.. it means that i should contact support to remove the aunthenticator?

Do you have a phone registeterd with Steam?

If not then yes you need to contact support ot remove the autehnticator.
