Playing a game on Mobile

I just installed steam on my android. I can see the four titles I purchased on my desktop. Two of them say "ready to play" but when I click on them I am told "you already own this game" and am given an option to buy them. Is there a way to play games on my android without buying them again?

You can't play actual steam games on mobile. Its not possible. It only shows details like the market, game store, etc.
