Error in Confirmation page in Mobile Authenticator on iOS

Hello! I'm using Steam mobile on my iphone5s and wanted to trade with someone.
Steam asks me to confirm the trade on my mobile but when I click the push notification i get "There was a problem loading confirmation page". I check my emails as a fallback but still I didn't get a trade confirmation when using steam mobile. I had to remove my phone from 2 auth (because trading just won't work no matter how much i waited and re-tried), and it solved the problem. I now get confirmation emails, but removing 2 auth really is a problem for me. Please fix it!

I was having this problem on my iPhone 5 as well. I had not updated the app for about a month and I noticed there was an update for the Steam Mobile app. I updated it and I no longer have this problem, you might try the same and see if its not just an outdated version thats causing your problem.

I am having this issue aswell. Do you guys know if I could switch back to email confirmation and not get a temporary trade ban?

I've switched back to email half a dozen times and not received a trade ban. Though, I will say, when the incentive of saving money on the market came I decided I would give it one more go. I updated my ios updated my app and password protected my phone. One or all of those things worked and mobile authenticator works most of the time. Sometimes I need to restart my phone when it glitches. Hope this helps.

Correction: I have not swtitched back to email while the promotion was in effect. I did all that stuff to get it worked before I tried mobile authenticator again.

Take Timezone to automatic and it works for Android and iOS !
