Problem with new phone number on steam authenticator
I had my phone number changed recently, but before I had a chance to change it on my steam app (IOS) it was changed. Now when I try to change my old number on the app to my new number it sends a code to my old number that allows me to add my new number. Of course the code does not reach me because I have a new number now. I know my 5-digit recovery code from setup. Anyone else have this problem?

I dont know my 5-digit code and ive also changed my number so the SMS gets sent to the number i no longer have
I sent in a steam ticket explaining my situtation just waiting for a response now :/
Tell me how that works out, Add me if need be then delete me after

Anyone get a 7 digit code but you can only enter 5 digits in the "code enter thing"?
I'm getting that problem right now. I've had it sent to me twice where it's giving me 7 digit codes and i can only enter 5. Sigh. First you screw me because i'm a windows phone user and now if i disable my phone number completely you penalise me even more for 2 weeks because of a faulty system right now. I love it!
This Problem was actually fixed by Valve when I sent in a steam support ticket. I explained my situation and they changed my phone number for me. I just told them my old phone number and my new phone number and they took care of it! I hope your problem is fixed soon! :D
