This is my old account and wanted to play again; I want to change the phone number associated with it because it was my old phone number, and the only way I could do so was to send a CODE to my email address, which I used in high school and has since been deactivated due to inactivity for a few years. Which says:

I would think that your best bet to change your email, along with your phone number would be to contact steam support, since the email that you have no longer exists. They may take a few days to respond but are generally quick.

I need help trying to download games to my Android? I purchased Max Payne but can't figure out how to download it?? I have steam link but I can't get it

Your trying to download Max Payne to a phone? You would need a pc to download and play the game. The only way to play on your phone would be if you have the game downloaded on your pc and have a steady connection to the internet. From there you would be able to stream the game through steam link or another device that has steam with the same account logged in. Ok I looked and just might not be able to get, honestly I'm in jail. I finally got my hands on a phone and wanted to play GTA 5, it let me buy San Andreas but I don't have a computer to steam from. I have 5g phone but no pc????

Yeah you wouldn't be able to play steam games from your phone. Steam is gaming for desktop's or laptops. You can find older Grand Theft Auto games like San Andreas, Vice City, and GTA III on the iPhone app store or on the Android google play store.

As for the games if you can't play them because you don't have a device to play on you can request a refund with the link below.
