How to download game?
I only see "remote download". How can i download for phone?

You don't, Steam does not sell phone, it sells PC games.

You Don't. Steam Mobile doesn't allow you to download your games to your phone, tablet or other mobile devices.

For the most part Steam Mobile is used for viewing the store or mobile authentication...

If you're looking to play your games on a mobile device consider using SteamLink to cloud stream the game(s) from your computer to your phone.
