Not reaciving SMS code

Hi folks!
So, I think its almost epic problem that many have experience with... I moved to my new phone because the old one simply died out. Im not reaciving SMS code on my phone and thats annoying.
I have tried contacting support, and they have replied:
"Try the steps below before requesting another SMS:
-You may need to turn your phone off and on.
-Your number may be on a Do Not Call or Do Not Text list. Contact your carrier to see there are no blocks for automated SMS or 5 to 6-digit numbers.
-Outside of service provider level settings, your device may have a setting or rule that is blocking or hiding Steam SMS messages and needs to be updated or removed.
-Your phone may be roaming or have weak signal. Make sure you’re on a primary network with good signal strength.
-You may have exceeded your request limit. Wait 24 hours between 5 or more texts.
-Your phone’s memory or SMS inbox may be full. Check to see if you have reached or are approaching any SMS message or memory limit, and consider removing less important content if so.
If there's a temporary outage or issue with your mobile carrier's SMS systems, trying again in a few days to a week sometimes fixes the issue."

Nothing worked out, I have even tried to check with my carrier just in case.
Than I searched community, and tried some stuff linked here in the post and suggested in the comments section:

And, of course, nothing happened.

Like man... whats wrong with all that stuff? Is there possibility someone had the same problem recenty and could help me out with this circus? All other apps I have moved to my new phone had no problem sending me a codes, but suddenly STEAM is acting weird.

Having the same issue. I didn't move to a new phone and I literally just verified my number on 10/24, 10/26 11/8 of this year and now its not sending me a code when I have to verify again. Nothing has changed on my end. I have tired everything to fix and no luck. I even deleted my number and tried re entering it and its not sending that code.

Updating the mobile steam client did somehow magically solved this issue for me

Mine, instead of the code arriving via SMS when checking, the number arrives via gmail, but with letters in the code and there is no way to put letters in the code they ask for, what do I do?

I'm stuck with the same problem than ou I receive a code by mail to activate authentificator but I need a phone number before and I never recieve any code by sms

Well... I don't know why neither how, but for some reason I have tried now again and the code arrived almost immediately. But in case of my country (Croatia) they took some random phone number operated by one of croatian phone providers. For a second it looked so sketchy 😂 but well, the SMS contained just a code so let's hope they sorted out their stuff. Previously, they sent codes "from" US phone numbers.
