Android 4.3 and iOS 9.3.5 won't login to Steam Mobile anymore. SOL?

I setup my authenticator on an ancient Nexus 4 running Android 4.3, it just logged itself out and now I can't log back in. Am I SOL? My only other device is a iPad 3rd Gen which is equally as old.

Edit: iPad 3rd Gen also can't login anymore, despite the minimum iOS version being 8.0. I'm on 9.3.5 and can't login.

Don't think it's that issue. I literally am running phones and tablets 8+ years old and it's not rendering the page properly. Before it in the very least rendered a few images properly.

Um, I entered the correct login info. The login button though does nothing. Doesn't even show an error. No images show neither.

I truly believe this is a different issue. The login button just doesn't work. Doesn't show red errors indicating incorrect info, doesn't redirect you to any pages, it does literally nothing.
