Steam app always opens on steam guard screen

As per totle. In the settings I can change the home page of the app, but it doesn't do anything. It always opens steam guard which always opens the camera automatically. I don't want that. So either figure out how to start on a different screen or turn off the automatic use of the camera.

Sounds like an annoying bug that has never been addressed or even been reported.

I've always used Notifications as my home since it was in beta so, I never ran into the issue myself.
