Will "Change password" make a trade hold for 5 days?

I pressed this button, to update my password, on mobile. Then in confirmations tab it says "Account recovery" or something of that kind, that has recovery in it.

I want to change my password, not to start account recovery

Resetting your password restricts your account. Changing it does not.

5 days on an active account. 30 days on an inactive account.

In the app's top-right corner, tap your avatar ... Select "Account Details." ... In the "Account Security" section, tap "Change My Password.
