Big Picture mode/app?

For devices like the AYN Odin (which looks like a Steam Deck but runs Android) or Android set-top boxes, it would be awesome to have (most of) the Big Picture UI on Android.

Steam Link is close, but it's not quite the same experience as Big Picture + Remote Play.

Most notable is the touch controller UI, as you toggle that at the session level, as opposed to per-game, and the fact that you first connect to a target PC and only then browse your library, as opposed to browsing all games installed on any PC configured for remote play.

It might also be nice to have touch controller support for Windows tablets running PC Steam.
