Steamlink iPhone vs ipad

Looking to find out if there is a difference between the apps of the two devices? Specifically, I was trying to play 7 days to die in my down time at work. The product page says you can play remote on a tablet and was hoping it’d translate to my iPhone but it doesn’t appear in my library. Would I need an ipad or another tablet?
