Wrong phone number

the phone number than steam thinks im using is wrong, will i need to contqact steam stupport and fix it from there?

How is it saying its wrong?
It may be a country code issue

So you know how it shows the last 4 digits of the phone number? well they dont match to my phone number or to any of my previous ones. Also when i ask to remove the phone number i am needed to enter in the SMS code that is sent to me, but it doesn't get sent.

:( unfortunately that means you will need to contact steam support so they can change/remove the number
