*Fixed by steam supp* Can't leave family view

Hi, i can't turn off family view on my smartphone, when i try imputing my pin it says "Error from ValidatePassword: 2"
Anyone had this problem?
I tried turning family sharing on my PC but it stays on Mobile, restarting my phone also haven't worked.

If you have this issue, just go to "add another account" section and log in with the same account. This should fix the problem.

I got logged out from app my account (prop. Steam support logged me out, i writed to them)
Logged back in and everything works fine.

Yup, i writed to steam support, i got logged out (prop. They logged me out) and then when k logged back in everything was working

Simillar problem happens to me, infinite pin-code check, i can't enter my inventory in the latest version of steam mobile app

the only way to get rid of this BS is to remove the app and therefore to remove the app authenticator. you'll basically need to reinstall the app and the authenticator. this made me so mad, i cant trade because of this ♥♥♥♥

Hey! I have the same problem, tried all possible solutions. Only way was to uninstall the app and log in again. Worked because i had my phone number linked to the accout. I also think it works if you know the creditcard you used for the latest transaction

same bro.but i can't uninstall the app cause i have other accounts logged and steam guard added.

Just had the same problem couldn't for the life of me get the *($(^&$(*& app to log out of Fam View. The solution is to make shure you have everything set to your phone and delete the frakkin thing. Then reinstall the Steam app that is "The Fix".
