QR Code for Authentication

I was going to use the Steam Guard with the QR code, but I didn't understand where the QR code should be? I ended up taking off the authentication. Please, when you write instructions for these things, pretend you are over 50 years old, so that it is clear exactly how these things work. I don't know if I'm supposed to get an email with the QR code? It just asked me for camera access with the QR scanner box.

It is on the login page of the PC client itself.

If you already authorized your PC and auto log into your account, you won't see it.

The QR Code is not bad its from the Steam Guard and a more easy Version of the usual 5 Letter Code.

I had similiar issue with qr code, screen does not show the button needed to accept login request. Very bad overscan, no input.

Simply hooking up phone to external display (usb c monitor) everything got rendered in desktop mode and just worked perfectly.
