Paypal missing as an option for me today

Option to buy through paypal is just missing but only on mobile app. I had just bought something on Tuesday and was about to buy something today but the option is gone, and its not even listed as an option on the cart.

I made one purchase but when it asks to to authenticate paypal, paypal sends the code but the valve box sits in an endless loop of loading. So paypal is getting the request but it stops on steams end. I pretty much give up on the mobile. Cant get the app to work no way Im storing my credit card on it.
