Cannot authenticate trade offer - Error 15
Suddenly when I sent trade today I couldn't authenticate it. It applied to every account I got connected to the same Steam Guard device. Hwo to fix it?
All accounts are pure clean without game bans nor community bans.

It happens to me too, it's a general error that will be fixed soon.

Downgrading steam app is the fix. Just install older apk and move your steamguard
2 days tradehold and you can trade normally
