Can't use Truemoney to buy any games on the phone

I've been having this issue for so long then I decided to do this discussion
So, I wanna know is there anybody who can't use Truemoney to buy a game on the phone?
For me, I don't know what happened to it but when I chose Truemoney as my payment method then press "Continue to Smart2pay" it opened chrome and it said" Redirecting to Alipay+" but when it finished loading there's nothing happened. It disappeared and there's a mail about error purchase come to me:(
But when I do it on computer or laptop it works fine, nothing wrong.

Does anyone has the same issue as me or know how to fix it?
