Can't add phone number or steam guard

My phone number NEXT is clickable but... it say.. An occured error adding this account please try again.. I try so many times 100 times it doesn't give me a link to send code to add phone number but the another account can add phone I am alone plss how to fix

Bro can I contact steam support without phone number because I can't add phone to my account because he say to me... I have been too many attempt to add phone number to my account
CAN I CONTACT STEAM SUPPORT WITHOUT PHONE NUMBER BUT I HAVE EMAIL VERIFY TO MY STEAM

Me too same I think the only solution is to create a new account,
My account got hacked by api scammed and lost about 2K wortth of csgo skin. I tried to chage email change phone number and password so I can be protected but I guess I cant add my phone number wierd. Ill just make a new acccount on an other email...
