Apparently I got a gift, but not really

So I'm typing this as of right now. This just happened an hour ago.

I wake up to check my phone as usual and see a notif from Steam Mobile, saying that I got a gift from a friend from liiike 12 hours ago. For more info, my last gift was Freedom Planet 2 back in Dec 28.
Since curiosity always gets the better of me, I went to check but... There's nothing here?

I mean, there is no big green notif on top right. Not even my email had any message regarding a gift, yet the notif on mobile was still there, saying that I got a gift 12 hours ago.
I even pressed on that message, but it only lead me to the main store page in the app.

What gives?
Was the gift cancelled or something?

Nothing sadly.
There's two guest passes for Killing Floor 1 that I can give to someone, but those have been sitting in my inventory for years now. Probably from that time when KF1 was on a Humble Giveaway.

it's next to buttons above inventory. So maybe that person who sent it to you, get it back
