~HELP NEEDED~ Cant switch Mobile Authenticator from old phone to NEW phone
NOTE: This issue has already been resolved thanks to Steam Support. Thank you unnamed employee for looking into my problem and helping me out!

I set up my Steam account on 3 cell phones. The first one, was the one that received SMS recovery texts. The 2nd had the actual Mobile Authentication and its temporary codes, but never ever had the capability for wireless service (or even wired). The 3RD is the new phone that's meant to replace both of the old phones so i can access SMS texts and Mobile Auth codes on a single device.

Over a month ago, the service and functionality for my 1st phone was terminated and so i was left with the 2nd phone with no way to get new SMS texts in case of emergency. After some complications i made the mistake of signing out of my 2nd phone and was left with ZERO way to access either SMS texts or Mobile Auth codes.

My problem now, is that in order to replace my main account's phone number from the 1st cellphone to the 3rd cellphone it requests for me to check my 1ST phone's SMS texts in order to change to the new phone number. And for steam Mobile Authentication it requests the same thing, an SMS code from the 1st Phone which is impossible. What makes this annoying to me is that I would think that my email verification or my MOBILE RECOVERY CODE would work in these scenarios, but they don't so now Im stuck in a state of limbo, unable to access SMS or Mobile Auth codes.

I have sent a support ticket to steam stating my problem, giving them my recovery code, giving them evidence of ownership and purchases made by my account, and they responded with a quick automated message saying the following:

I don't know what to do, and I don't want to have to abandon this account just in order to trade and buy off the market. Please bring up any information you may have to my attention that could solve this problem.

Was the cell number always the same? You should be able to get the code sent to the new phone if you still have the same phone number. Ie same sim card.
If not it seems they will reply to your report and fix they just auto sent you the link to the faq.

Help, I lost (or sold) my phone and can't log in! What do I do?
If possible, you should contact your wireless service provider and get a replacement phone with the same phone number. Steam will be able to send SMS messages to your replacement phone, and you will be able to recover your account as described below.
If you no longer have access to your phone and don't have your recovery code, you'll need the assistance of Steam Support. Use the "Contact Steam Support" button at the top right of this page to get help removing your authenticator. If you don’t have access to the email address that is currently associated with your Steam Account please provide proof of account ownership within your ticket.

No, its a brand new phone with a new phone number.
The old number doesnt have service and I really dont want to buy service for the older one again, just to get 1 quick SMS text.
How it is, is that phone 1 has the old number and is registered onto my account but lacks service, while phone 3 has service, but lacks the means to sign in mobile authentication to it's steam app.

OK, so have you tried reinstalling the app or submitting a ticket to Valve about the issue? Not much they can do for probably a few days but hopefuly they'll get to you soon. And here's another thought: Have you been getting weird/blurry text codes for log in that is to make sure you're not some bot program? If so, I can help decipher the codes if there is any.
For that you will need to contact valve and have them remove the old number

I did try that, they just sent me an automated responce saying they cant, which is KNOW is untrue, ebcause they have the control over looking into the information of other's accounts and should be able to atleast remove the current phone number, or reset it, or whatever.

Well it does say:

How do I remove the phone number from my account?
Log into the store in a browser, then:
Go to your Account details (viewable under your account name, near the top of the web page).
Click on Manage your phone.
Click on Remove phone.
[however you can't do the following]
You can remove the phone by typing in the current code from your Authenticator, or by sending your phone an SMS code. Choose one of these options and follow the instructions.

So what exactly can I do? It sounds like all I can do is just constantly send help requests to Steam Support or create a new steam account specificly for trading.
