Remote Download Not Working

I just updated steam on my PC and my mobile. I tried remote download and it said “Steam App unable to reach your PC” make sure steam is signed in and connected to the internet. Which I am.

What does resync my time mean and how do I do that?

sam for me, cant conect idk why, everythin is on and conected, i can see my downloads in my library but cant download remotely

Two windows 10 PCs, both with steam running and on-line + 1 android smartphone with steam app as authenticator + 1 android tablet with steam app. All of them running the latest steam windows/Android versions and the two Android devices show that error message when trying to launch a remote installation.

It did not work for me in the new app on the weekend, perhaps a server load issue. I got a silent failure (one of my favorites) so I assumed it had. I do rely a bit on the mobile app, so it's looking like a long wait. I'll bring the popcorn.

I used to be able to remote download before the big app update, but now it just says unable to reach your PC.

If that's still an issue - force stop mobile app through Settings - Apps and reopen it again
