GG STEAM
Can someone explain to me PLEASE, how the bloody hell I can sell cards of summer collection 2016, VALID UNTIL 7.4.2016.,
with 15 days penalty, just because I don´t have a smartphone, meaning I can´t install there some stupid application?

What´s wrong with Steam?

Same troubles here brother, make this a rant post so Steam can change the way security for the account is set up, so no more trade holds, sale holds, etc.

If it was just for games it would be fine but come on game cards that come as a bonus during steam sales. Or game cards in general.... jees steam support said "I understand your frustration but i cannot help you."
