Changing phone number without old phone and number!

I recently got my phone back from being grounded and i want to change my steam account phones number but it asks for a sms code for my other phone number is inactive (so i can't even call the person for it) I need some help please!

You should send a request to Steam Support and provide proof of account ownership within your ticket. Or you can do this:

• Log out from your Steam account
• Click on this link → https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithLoginInfo
• Enter your account name → Search
• "I no longer have access to this phone number"
• The first position → Send a recovery code to your e-mail.
• Enter your recovery code which will be send on your e-mail.
• Then you should provide proof of ownership
• Remove your phone number → Done
