How to download on apple Ipad?

I bought the game stray on this ipad to play it since the game is compatible with my tablet, but for some reason I can’t download it and though it gives me the option that says “play now” it does nothing except highlight like it’s supposed to do something. Is this a bug? How do I fix this?

This is a Windows only game.

Not even Mac OS is supported.

Keep in mind not a single game on Steam supports iPadOS. Not sure what you've read, but it was very, very wrong.

Apple wouldn't allow Valve to sell games for iPad outside the Apple appstore anyway. And wouldn't allow a third party store in the first place.

Steam sells games designed to be played on computers. The mobile authenticator app is NOT a game launcher. If you want games for your phone or tablet you need to download them from the respective store of the device.
