if you did not back up your recover codes, you will have to contact support.

Search in steamsupport under authenticator and check the topic OR go to older post that got answers

Write to support and ask them about it... also attach some proof of ownership (Most people just send picture with them holding a original CD-Key to game that was used on their account on Steam)

You have to go to your steam mobile app and then go to Steam Guard then there should be a tab called My Reactivation Code or whatever it is called in english.Then click on that after that you have to go to your steam settings and you can disable steam mobile authentificator with this code. But you have to use at least the normal Steam guard with the e-mail confirmation to keep trading.
