You can...Download the Steam Link app from Play/ITunes Store, this allows you to stream the game from your PC or Mac to your phone or a tablet or a laptop and it also lets you use either:

Touch controls,
Steam Controller,
Xbox/PlayStation Controller,
Wireless Mouse and Keyboard (if Receiver in host pc you have to be in same room) or i think you can plug it into your Android device (Google a How To if you aren't Techie).
