Was there a recent update, or just suddenly started happening for this issue?
- If so change 2FA to email, this will revert back getting login code via email. Then you can clear cache, delete the app, reinstall it, then relogin, and see if things works again.
- If not, do you have your recovery code? If so remove the 2FA from account to revert back to 2FA email, then clear cache, and delete the app, reinstall it, and re-add the mobile app to your account, then see if things works again. If you happen to not have the recovery code, and not able to get it from the mobile app, then you have contact support to get them to remove your 2FA mobile from account to revert back to 2FA email.
Should already be fixed in the beta app in testing right now.
