Changing steam guard authenticator

Im just wondering if anyone knows how to transfer steam guard to another device which is a new phone i my case. I still have the old phone and can use it and steam is working. Im don't know though how to transfer the authorizantion to my new phone. I don't care if i get 15 day trade hold of whatever. As long as i can use it on my new phone.
Any help is helpful.
