Steam does not sell mobile games.
Apple and Google wouldn't allow Steam in their ecosystem if that was the case.

And yeah, the reason why Steam doesn't sell mobile games is this one. Apple and Google won't cut their revenue to make space to another company.
Epic tried, and look and what is happening between Google/Apple and Epic.
If you have a fast internet, you can play some of your Steam games via GeForce NOW, by the way.
It's not as easy as you think. Not everyone is tech-savy and knows what an APK is (without counting other technical reasons). Please, just buy a new computer *if* and *when* you have the money to afford it, and stop complaining about not being able to play your library on your phone.
