Steam mobile app stuck on loading

Hello, after a semi-successful phishing attempt, I changed my Steam password, revoked my API code and everything. But now I can't login to my account from mobile app. It's not specific to my account neither, even if I enter complete random username and password, I still don't get an error message. Is the mobile app down?
