Can I play any games from steam on my Android?

I've been trying to figure out how to play games from steam on my phone. Not having any luck at all. Can anybody tell me how this is supposed to work?

You can not run games directly on Android devices. Steam sells PC games, not mobile games.

Pc games are made for windows or linux and cannot run on android. The steam store has no games for that Operating System. The steam app for android provides access to the community and other services, but not games.

On the other hand, you can run android apps on pc using an android emulator like memu. Also, you could probably simulate a very old pc on an android device, and run steam on it, but i doubt you could run anything decent, or even be able to interface with it properly without mouse and keyboard.
