Steam Library On App
I like the steam app and all. I can download games remotely, I can message friends. Although why can't I listen to the music I bought on steam? Please like or upvote or whatever so the employees at valve see this.

Download the music files and copy/paste them into your phones own music library.

Steam Mobile loads web version of Steam Library.
It would be nice if we could see it same as from Steam Client on PC (just without ability to download games)
Library should be cached on phone so it can be loaded immediately and we should be able to see and edit Library categories from phone.
And it would be nice if we could remotely install/uninstall games/DLCs and choose install location.

And downloading/playing music/videos directly from mobile app would be very nice.

The amount of bloat that would have on the mobile app is what Valve is trying to get away from.

This is why they are making a separate Video app that will be able to download videos for offline playback on your phone.

You know what's the bloat on mobile app?
It's when you can casually browse Facebook in any browser, but Facebook app and their Messenger app takes 700MB of internal storage.
And I haven't seen anyone complaining.

Steam app takes only 16MB. And if they added all those stuff I said above, I bet app wouldn't take more than 20-30MB

actually remote game download is possible not remote dlc download though you have to uninstall the game you have the dlc for then reinstall the game just like the steam client Dlc is not a type of product you can control ehre you can control a game instead if you wanted it to go to a specific place thats different it can't show you the pc filesystem so it goes to the steam folder

Right click on the game that has DLCs installed. Go to Properties and then DLC tab.
See those checkmarks below Install?
Clicking on them will install/uninstall DLCs separately.
If game you want to download have DLCs that take a lot of space (new campaigns, maps, videos, etc.) you can uncheck them before downloading so game will download faster.
After game is downloaded you can check those DLCs and they'll download while you're playing that game.
