Steam mobile app no notifications

Whenever i get a message on steam or i create a listing or steam guard no notifications anymore. Is there a fix for this? I had this problem for almost 1 year and it's so annoying not knowing when ur friends send u a message. I also used the new steam chat on chrome android and enabled notifications there too but still nothing.

If u guys need this information i have a Huawei P9 lite 2017 with Android Oreo.

Please help.

Look around the Steam app settings on your phone for notification, and check your phone settings for notification for the app as well. You may have it disable.

I normally have notification settings set to vibrate only. If you have it for noise notification only, and you audio turn all the way down, or off, or have an app that interferes with your volume, or notification settings, check on that.

I checked everything and everything is ok

Not much I can tell you really, since sounds like a setting was disable to notify you, or you have something that's interfering with your notification.

It happens to me. Got to hear a notification but receive nothing. It's obviously crappy steam servers. On my main account no problems before this holiday and today steam already ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up once with servers going down.

I'm having the same issue, I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, software updating EVERYTHING, turning on automatic timezone for iPhone,and checking all notification settings within the app and iphone settings itself.

reinstalling doesn't work. I think the best option is for someone to contact steam supoort.

Steam support replied with an automated response. In my initial report, I said I tried all troubleshooting steps listed. All they did was reply with a robot. Nice, I can see they aren’t taking this serious.
