Steam Movies On Mobile?
So I bought a movie on steam a while ago because I go on road trips a lot and I get really bored. I bought it thinking I could download it on my phone and play it from the steam app. I was pretty bummed when I found out I couldn't. I get that there is Steam Link but I have to connect to the same network as my computer, which you can't exactly do on the road, and even then it is pretty slow (no thanks to my router). I read in another discussion that steam is working on something like this but that was in March of 2017.

They are still working on the new Video app. Wait for that to release.

Will it be separate app, or integrated into current Steam mobile app??

They mentioned it as a separate service like the link app when that was released.

Most likely why broadcasts are no longer working on the mobile app now.
