How to make Steam Mobile app more useful

We all know steam app is mostly useless.
Only thing I use it for is Steam guard and for confirming trades.
Rest of things are terrible, even mobile browser version of steam is better than app.

So here are five things I think would make Steam app better:

0. Make it so you can actually log into the steam app.

1. Add all features of "Enchanted Steam" and "Steam Inventory Helper" add-ons to app.
It would really help when we use phone to search for new games to buy and for trading.

2. Improve Steam chat:
-Add voice call
-Group chat
-That bubble thing that pops up when you receive message on Facebook messenger. Add that to steam so we don't have to open whole app to chat.

3. Let developers make companion apps that can be downloaded as add-on to steam mobile app.
This add-ons would let you control some things in game with your phone.
Some examples:
-You can set buy presets for games like csgo. You can make multiple presets like eco, full buy, AWP+Deagle... And see how much money does it cost.
You can make combinations of weapons and equipment and then buy them just by tapping the one you want on your phone.
-You can manage inventory in RPG games, quickly compare items and weapons, see map, quests and set waypoints.
-You can see combos and special moves of your current character in fighting game.
-You could play games like Telltale The Walking Dead from your phone by tapping on a decision on your phone screen, and swiping on QTE.
-Or a mini game where another person uses phone to spawn enemies in your game, like we have in Watchdogs where person on phone sends police on you.

Developers could get creative with this and implement some really useful features for their games.

4. Steam in home streaming to mobile phones.
This would let us play PC games on our phones.
We could use Bluetooth gamepad or Bluetooth mouse and keyboard to control game. Or if game supports it, touchscreen controls and accelerometer.

Sometimes I just don't want to sit in front of PC to play games, I'd rather lie down in bed and play some good games.
This would let us easily play games like Witcher 3, GTA 5, real Mortal Kombat X, or a good racing game without need of 3rd party software.

It should allow you to change the install directory that it uses.
Right now, you can tell games to download from anywhere with your phone, but you can't tell them where to install to; it ignores whatever defaults you have set up in your client settings, which is just poor design.

2. The app is on a phone already. What is the need for a Voice chat? Do you just not want to pay for long distance? There are other apps for that.

3. Probably never going to happen. Client bloat would be terrible.

4. Maybe one year....

For the last part... Get a laptop.

2. Some people don't use Viber or Facebook. Or don't want people they don't know IRL there.
But you're right, it's not really that important.
Group chat would be useful.

3. Bloat is if it's preinstalled.
I thought about it as optional download of app that would work through steam app.

Indeed, it would be quite helpful at this point just to regain the usage of it.

On top of this, if I may make an additional suggestion, it would be to allow you to change the install directory that it uses. Right now, you can tell games to download from anywhere with your phone, but you can't tell them where to install to; it ignores whatever defaults you have set up in your client settings, which is just poor design.

I will add all other good sugestions to it so they are all in one place
