The major one being lack of platform support.
Note that some games that were available on Steam can be downloaded on Android but not through Steam. - this is done through play store.

Some things are just not technically possible. Do you not wonder why your PC is that big compared to your phone? Your phone is an R/C car next to an Audi R8 V10.
That's a very bad analogy as you can quite easily do that on the PC.
Also we call that external storage. You can put your games on SD card, usb thumb drive, your phone, or whatever for storages. Can use it to back up your games onto, or use it to run from SD card, usb thumb drive, or etc on your PC, this has been optional ever since they provided option to have Steam folder in other drive's for a decade. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8379-RYIP-2998
What OP was talking about is running the games themselves on Android such as your phone itself only, which is not possible.
