For one too many reasons.

The major one being lack of platform support.

Note that some games that were available on Steam can be downloaded on Android but not through Steam. - this is done through play store.

The other reason is how big the other platforms are already. Valve will be the little fry compared to them if they entered the mobile gaming market.

You have a 3D TV. You watch 3D Movies on it.
You put the 3D BluRay into your computer.
You ask, "How we suppose to play steam game view 3D Movies without pc TV on android PC"

Some things are just not technically possible. Do you not wonder why your PC is that big compared to your phone? Your phone is an R/C car next to an Audi R8 V10.

Think on Vortex for Android. It does not need a PC and runs well PC games. Probally Steam would take their steps on the streaming games?

That's a very bad analogy as you can quite easily do that on the PC.

Steam needs to give gamers the right to put their games in storage folder or SD Card I Think that Downloading Games to your android phone and then Transfer the games to the PC through tethering is better I have Internet but when i Try and tether the phone to my laptop it wont connect
steam servers going down and also lack of playres and mobile support

Good job, you necro a two year old discussion.

Also we call that external storage. You can put your games on SD card, usb thumb drive, your phone, or whatever for storages. Can use it to back up your games onto, or use it to run from SD card, usb thumb drive, or etc on your PC, this has been optional ever since they provided option to have Steam folder in other drive's for a decade. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8379-RYIP-2998

What OP was talking about is running the games themselves on Android such as your phone itself only, which is not possible.
