Is it possible to login to steam without steam guard and not removing steam guard?

im posting this from my alt. So, i dropped my phone a couple months ago and it broke the charger port, meaning it cant charge properly and when it charges it take 2-3 days for a full battery, and right now its dead so i cant log into steam. is it in any way possible to long into steam without using the steam guard code and without having to remove the steam guard completely? This probably sounds like im trying to steal an account, and i cant prove that im not trying to :/
