Steam Mobile as a Stem Link on-the-go?

Have you ever thought of improve Steam Mobile with a remote/cloud playing feature, turning it in a Steam Link on-the-go? This app at http://kinoconsole.kinoni.com/ do that and I don't see why the official Steam apps for mobile devices shouldn't offer the very same service.

The Link exists, allright, but you can already stream your games linking two PCs on the same network running Steam with the same account, so the Steam Link was never meant to be a replacement for that kind of feature.

As I said, I find absurd that a third party app do that and the official app does not.
