How can I re-login to Steam Mobile App on Android!!

Every time I try to sell an item on the community market, I have to confirm it and when I go confirm the items, the confirm button is gone. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can't sell my item so I have to either redownload the app and wait for 2 days. I don't wanna do that so I tried logging out and now I try logging back in it won't let me (even if I typed my username/password correctly).
Please this ♥♥♥♥ is giving me cancer.
