I have 12 digits phone numbers and cant add phone

So i wanna make this fast,i just bought new card for my phone and i just recently remove my old phone number,and i did add my new phone,but it said bad phone number,I HAVE 12 Digits of number,when i try to delete one and make it 11 digits it WORKS,BUT THE PROBLEM IS I DO HAVE 12 Digits,pls help me to add my phone pleaseee... ITS REALLY MY PHONE NUMBER,WHY IT SAID BADD PHONE NUMBERR... Any IDEA??

maybe your phone number alredy in another acc so you need buy another phone number m8.

I still don't understand it said that i have to remove 1 number and make it 11 digits and,but it is just same thing that i just did ask on this discussion before,i did remove one digit from my original 12 digit number but still it doesnt worked,no messages from steam that i had should retrieved it to get the code,it is because i have 12 digits code it already registered on its provider so if i removed well of course im not receiving anything
