Trade confirmation issues [FIXED]

I tried trading some stuff with a friend today and it all went well, until we had to confirm it. My friend didn't have issues, but when I received the confirmation thing on my iPhone, I clicked to accept the trade but it said that there's been an error and that I should try again later. I waited all day and nothing showed up.
