Battle Islands and Operation: New Earth are on multiple platforms including mobile though not sure if they are cross-multiplayer.
I ment so you can play games you have on steam on your phone if it has a phone version of itself.
And yes I know how game development works...
However if your talking about the simple games on steam that are F2P, then they are already on mobile. BTD, Battle Islands and Operation New Earth for instance are mobile-friendly. They cannot be linked however unless through thrid-party software. Game progress cannot be continued on another mobile device because the steam cloud is for PC only.
I more ment that steam can work like appstore. But that it would work between pc android and iPhone.
And the type of games what would work are games like "mini metro".
