Steam Guard working while device is offline
hi there guys, I alway thought that the Steam Guard authenticator on Android Steam app would require an internet connection available to give you a code and make a double check, something like that..
But I tried a bunch of time and once you install the app on your device, even when completely offline (Airplane mode) it gives you a code and it works on Steam! How is it possible?

Maybe the app downloads the Codes for some time?

Its synced with your phones time so dont change it. Even a few seconds would make the codes useless because its very sensible

The app will continue generate codes offline, 30 seconds each code. However, going online gives you a current Steam Guard code in push notifications (Push note isn't possible if you are using iPhone X or iPad Pro 3rd gen)
