How can I use steam in english?
I live in Argentina, in latinamerica. I want to play games in english. Can anyone let me know if there's any way for me to download games in english with steam or to use it in english? Whenever I enter to a steam page, it is in spanish only.

Steam Client -> Settings -> Interface tab
There you can set up in which language you want steam to run.
(Spaniard using it in english here ;))

You can change the language for some games if you right click on a game from the library and click Properties, then the languages ​​tab.
