what does snooze means?

Are you talking about your Steam status showing "Snooze"? I believe it changes to Snooze after your PC has no activity for two hours.

It will show Snooze as your Steam Friends status if there has been absolutely no mouse or keyboard activity for a 2 hour period (unless you lock your computer).

If you move something, you aren't away, you would be "Online".
