Are you certain there is even a preload available for this game? Not every game has a preload.

If you believe this game does have a preload option, log out and log back into Steam.

I was hoping for a pre-install also. :( Would save a lot of trouble, and would have allowed people who pre-purchased it to download it before the servers get swamped.

Many games do not get their forum until the release day, unless specifically requested by the developers.

Me too. Last night at 8:00 it said 14 hours until release. It is now 10:00 a.m. and I have the play button available but it does ♥♥♥♥ all. Anyone found a fix for this?
