On aim my screen get blurry in colors... my screen has like green then suddenly red overlay on the screen!

Please help me, My screen get a blurry color everytime i aim changing from blue to white even to red... weapon too, its not the blurry color which suppose to be, its like darken overlayed colors, how to fix this.

This is probably because your monitor is dying. Extremely unlikely that it's related to Steam.

You could see if it just needs to be calibrated. Usually monitors will have buttons on them that will bring up a menu. Choose something like "Auto-adjust" or "Reset to Default". Failing that, I'd say get a new monitor.

Because I don't mean where I should find those buttons.. I just don't get it, when I aim down the sight my screen gets like green/red/white/dark transperent overlay, but still really hard to see through...

Can you tell me how old the monitor is or the make and model? Rebooting might actually help if this is the first time you are seeing this.

No, I don't see to have any problems with it untill i entered this game now, suddenly when aiming with iron sight i get all colors overlay which makes it hard to see through...
Perhaps it has to do with my files as I had to download an unofficial renderer_settings.xml
since I didn't have it and could therefor not open Pay Day 2 :/

That may be the problem. Try deleting that, and validate the files (Right-click the game, click "Properties", go to "Local Files", and click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache".)
What brand is it? Dell, HP, ASUS, etc.? The model number can usually be found on a sticker on the back.
